A carpet cleaning technician, as the name suggests, is a professional who cleans carpets. At F.W. Services, our cleaning technicians use the latest high-tech cleaning methods to clean carpets and furniture. However, most carpet cleaning technicians have a variety of skills to perform the job successfully. He or she must have a working knowledge of different types of carpet fibers and how they react with cleaning chemicals. This type of work involves the technical skill of cleaning carpets, but it also requires excellent customer service skills.
F.W. Services is currently hiring for carpet cleaning technicians. This is a full time position. Training and equipment is provided as we do not sub-contract. No experience necessary.We do all of our training in house.
- Must have own vehicle for transportation to work.Will be required to work hours that the bus line does not run.
- Must have a valid GA Driver's License.
- Must be able to pass a drug test.
We are currently looking for Part Time Sales Consultants ( about 15 hours weekly depending on productivity) to call our previous customers and schedule them for services we offer. There is no cold calling required. Each representative will be given their own clients to call on a daily basis. You will be held accountable for those clients and for the goals you need to meet daily. There will be training the first week and a probationary time period.
Qualifications:
Must have good typing and grammar skills.
Must have good computer skills.
Must be able to use the internet and internet based applications.
Must be customer service orientated.
Must have a sales background of at least one year.
Must be able to use and fill out spreadsheets.
Must be an outgoing personality with strong work ethics.
Must be able to follow instructions well and adapt to changes.
